1-3-12 Matthew Fowler is certified for the LEED Green Associate credential issued by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and demonstrates a thorough knowledge of sustainable green building design practices and construction.

1-2-12 Sunset House is completed! Photos are to be posted shortly. Work has included renovation and additions to an existing 1960s ground-level concrete block house. Additional work has included new plumbing, roof, and sitework.

10-28-12 The first phase of construction is completed for the San Giovanni farmhouse. Work shall resume Spring 2012.

7-29-11 Exterior work and interior structural work are completed on the Montisi Palazzo. Interior finish work is in design and shall be completed Summer 2012.

7-12-11 Building permits are received and construction begins for renovations and additions to the Sunset House in Key West, FL. Work includes a new kitchen and dining area, new master bedroom suite, and new outdoor porch and terraces.

7-2-11 Initial design is completed for the San Giovanni farmhouse restoration. The work shall include major renovation of the existing house and barn and extensive sitework.
